We use the information you give us to: respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, perform the electrical work, issue compliance certificates, send invoices, and contact you about ongoing warranty matters. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.

Where required, we share information with:

• Energex (for service-mains, switchboard and EV charger applications)
• The QLD Electrical Safety Office (for Form 16 / CES lodgements)
• Our accountant and tax agent
• Insurance providers if a claim is made

Your information is stored securely on encrypted, password-protected systems. We retain it for as long as required by Australian tax and electrical-safety law (typically 7 years).
