Carina is Voltech's home suburb. We grew up working on the post-war chamfer-board cottages and brick-and-tile homes that line streets like Creek Road, Stanley Road and Old Cleveland Road, and we know what hides inside their walls.

Carina Heights backs on to Whites Hill Reserve and is mostly mid-century brick homes plus newer pockets of higher-density living along Old Cleveland Road. Our van is here daily, call John for a fast quote.

Carindale is a leafy 1980s-2000s suburb centred on Westfield Carindale, with a healthy mix of two-storey brick homes, courtyard villas and townhouses. Many of these homes are now hitting the age where the switchboard wants attention.

Cannon Hill is a fast-growing inner-east suburb popular with young families. Lots of post-war workers' cottages now sit alongside new builds and townhouse complexes near Cannon Hill Plaza.

Morningside is a leafy character suburb full of pre-war Queenslanders, workers' cottages and the train line out to Cleveland. Older wiring is the norm, and we're frequently called for storm-damage and switchboard work after summer storms roll in off the bay.

Camp Hill is Voltech's home turf. The van is here daily and we know the streets, the housing stock and the builders. Half the suburb is in scaffolding on any given week, so we're set up for fast pre-wire, switchboard upgrades and CES turnarounds for renovations.

Coorparoo is one of Brisbane's oldest inner-east suburbs and the housing reflects it. Federation cottages, post-war fibros and now a wave of unit blocks around Coorparoo Square. Voltech does everything from a single powerpoint to a full rewire here.

Bulimba and Oxford Street need no introduction. Beautiful Queenslanders, prestige renovations, and homes worth protecting properly. We do a lot of switchboard upgrades, EV chargers and high-end lighting for Bulimba homeowners.

Hawthorne is the other side of Oxford Street, riverside Queenslanders, expensive renos, and clients who want the job done once, properly, and quietly. Voltech is built for that brief.

Norman Park sits between Coorparoo and Morningside, with a leafy mix of Queenslanders and post-war timber. The train line runs through it, which means we keep an eye on stray-current and earthing on older boards near the line.

Belmont is large-block, semi-rural in feel and packed with sprawling 1980s-90s family homes. Lots of pool wiring, garden lighting, granny flats and shed sub-mains here.

Tingalpa mixes industrial estates with old residential pockets. We do equal parts commercial fit-out maintenance and residential work here.

Murarrie is the quiet pocket between Cannon Hill and the Gateway Bridge. Mostly post-war on quiet streets, and like most post-war suburbs, the wiring tells the story.

Wynnum is bayside, salty and full of charm. Salt air takes its toll on switchboards, meter boxes and outdoor wiring, we do a lot of corrosion-related call-outs in Wynnum and Manly.

Manly is yacht-club, fish-and-chips and weekenders that have become weekly homes. We work on a lot of beachside Queenslanders, riverside units and the odd marina-side commercial fit-out.

Wakerley is one of Brisbane's newer estates. Most homes are 2005+, switchboards are modern, but families are growing and we get called for ducted AC circuits, pool wiring and EV chargers regularly.

Gumdale is acreage country. Big blocks, long sub-mains to sheds and granny flats, and lots of irrigation, gate and pump circuits to look after.

Capalaba is the gateway to the Redlands and full of 80s-90s family brick homes. Switchboards from that era are right at the age where the breakers stop working properly, that's when we get the call.

Burbank is acreage at the edge of Brisbane. Long driveways, sheds, granny flats, water tanks, pumps, we do a lot of sub-main and rural-style work here.

Birkdale is bayside-meets-suburban. Mostly 80s-90s brick on slab, with pockets of older fibro near the foreshore.

Wellington Point sits right on the bay. Beautiful homes, salt-air corrosion problems, and lots of holiday-home wiring. We come prepared with marine-grade hardware.

Cleveland is the heart of the Redlands. Older homes near the foreshore, newer estates further inland, and the train terminus that brings everyone home from town. Voltech services Cleveland regularly.

Mount Gravatt is one of the hilliest suburbs in inner-east Brisbane. Homes are mostly post-war and 1970s brick, which means switchboards are due, and the storms hit harder up the hill.

Holland Park and Holland Park West are full of mid-century homes that are now being lifted and renovated underneath. We see a lot of sub-board work for new downstairs additions here.

Greenslopes is a busy, character-filled suburb close to the PA Hospital. Lots of pre-war timber on stumps, plus newer apartment blocks. We work on both.

Stones Corner is the cafe-and-vintage-shop end of Greenslopes. Old shopfronts and small commercial premises, plus the homes behind them, keep us busy with both residential and small commercial work.

Mansfield is solid 1970s-80s brick family-home territory. Switchboards installed when the suburb went up are right at end-of-life now, and we replace at least one a week here.
